Mulmin questions

What people ask most.

Check the answers below, or ask a pharmacist about your medicines and medical history.

Who can take Mulmin?

Adults and young people aged 12 and over take one tablet daily, one hour after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 should take Mulmin only under a doctor's prescription.

Can I take Mulmin while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Speak to your doctor, midwife or pharmacist first. Mulmin contains vitamin A, and you should also avoid taking two multivitamins that repeat the same nutrients.

Can I take Mulmin with other medication?

Ask your pharmacist if you take regular medication. Antacids and acid-reducing medicines can reduce absorption of iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc. Tetracycline antibiotics can bind to these minerals and should be taken at a different time.

What happens if I take more than the recommended dose?

Excess intake can cause symptoms such as nausea, fatigue or headache, depending on the nutrients involved. Contact a doctor or pharmacist if you suspect an overdose.

How should I store Mulmin?

Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture. The shelf life is three years from manufacture. Check the expiry date printed on the pack.
