Antacids, acid-reducing medicines and tetracycline antibiotics can affect absorption of minerals. Ask a pharmacist how to space your doses.

Mulmin contains vitamin A. Speak to your doctor, midwife or pharmacist before use, especially if you already take a prenatal supplement.

Speak to your doctor, midwife or pharmacist first. Mulmin contains vitamin A, and you should also avoid taking two multivitamins that repeat the same nutrients.
Ask your pharmacist if you take regular medication. Antacids and acid-reducing medicines can reduce absorption of iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc. Tetracycline antibiotics can bind to these minerals and should be taken at a different time.
Excess intake can cause symptoms such as nausea, fatigue or headache, depending on the nutrients involved. Contact a doctor or pharmacist if you suspect an overdose.
